Minor Characters

Minor Characters are characters who are only generally relevant to the plot of a single location, but can range from being instrumental to that plot to being mainly inconsequential.

Background Characters

Background Characters are characters with only a handful of lines who generally only serve to flesh out the feel of the world without being relevant themselves. However, they are distinct enough to have names and (usually) lore entries.
